Cancellation and Reservation Modification Policy
How cancellations, date changes, and early departures are handled at Fisherman's Village and Mega Marina.
Cancellations Before Arrival
- Cancellations or reductions to reservation dates made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations or reductions to reservation dates made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay. The deposit will be applied toward this charge, and any remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on file.
Early Departures and Reductions During the Stay
- Guests who provide at least 48 hours' notice before their new departure date will not be charged an early departure fee.
- If notice is provided less than 24 hours before the new departure date, or if a guest requests a same-day reduction of the reservation, an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay will apply.
No Automatic Credits
- If a guest informs the Marina on the scheduled departure date that the vessel has already departed or will be leaving early, the unused night will be treated as a late reduction of the reservation. No complimentary night, refund, or automatic credit will be provided.
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation and reservation modification policy.
