Dock master David Rolle is a passionate, professional, gifted, and dynamic community individual who has since the tender age of 10 worked in the Marina Industry. As a young professional, David has acquired a cadre of skill sets such as Shelter Management, Basic Fire Fighting & First aid training, and licensed Captain.

Dockmaster - Fisherman's Village
Hylan Smith has worked at Bimini Bay Marina for the past 12 years. Before that he worked with Caribbean Bottling Co. in Nassau for 15 years. His favorite Bahamian Island is Bimini, where he grew up. Hylan went to High School in Nassau and is a history lover. He enjoys traveling and has a particular fascination with the Atlanta area because of its rich history. Hylan loves to meet people and is a great ambassador of the Island of Bimini.
